Fat Burning Pumpkin Pie Smoothee

Just in time for Thanksgiving!

Love pumpkin pie? Try this!

This kind of pumpkin pie helps you build fat burning lean muscle.  Loaded with protein, fiber, and anti-aging anti-oxidants. Die hard pumpkin pie aficionados will love it.  Please share and pin!
You need:

♦ 8 oz- dairy or other “milk”
♦ 2 scoops – Shaklee 180® Smoothee mix
♦ 1/4 c – fresh cooked or canned pumpkin (more is OK if you prefer)
♦ 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
♦ ice

Optional: stevia for a little extra sweetness

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.  If too thick, add a little water.

Variations:
♦ Use Shaklee Energizing Soy® protein if you want more of a snack than a meal
♦ Use water instead of milk.  Increase Shaklee 180 smoothee mix to 3 scoops.
♦ Use 1/2 cup greek or other low-fat yogurt instead of milk.  Makes it into “Pumpkin pie pudding”.  Thin with water if needed.
